During the inspection, instructions were given for prompt disposal of pending goods, timely disposal of inquiries and applications and serious action on complaints received on the CM portal and uploading of reports. Beat officers and light in-charges were asked to constantly roam around in the area and take immediate action on information related to Dial-112. Police personnel were also instructed to remain active in the police station area and solve the problems of the public in a timely manner and to give information to the higher authorities about the cases which are not being resolved at their level. Policemen also practiced with weapons during the inspection.

(Kapil Kumar) Haridwar. City Superintendent of Police conducted half-yearly inspection of Kotwali Kankhal on Monday. During this, the arrangements of the police station premises, office, Malkhana, canteen, barracks and CCTNS branch were reviewed. Officials inspected the records and registers and gave instructions to further improve the arrangements.
