The petitioners allege that the land of the village society was exchanged against the rules and later plotting was done and about 120 mango trees standing on the land and other trees were removed. After this, it is said that the plot will be sold to third parties.
In this case, the High Court has given instructions not to create new interest in favor of any third party on the concerned land. The next hearing will be on 26 October 2026.
