According to the administration, street numbers 1, 2, 4 and 5 have been made water-free by draining them, while the work of drainage is going on in street number 3. Water is being removed at three levels through suction machines, pump sets and JCBs. The district administration said that it is a matter of relief that there is no waterlogging in any residential house in the area and water was mainly accumulated in the streets. Teams of concerned departments are continuously monitoring the spot.
