In the holy month of Saavan, the weather once again took a turn and rain brought relief to the people from the humid heat. Due to intermittent rain since morning, the weather became pleasant, due to which people's faces lit up.
During the rain, children got wet and enjoyed the weather, while many people were seen sitting on rooftops, balconies and tea shops enjoying the monsoon rains. The lush green environment and cool breeze further enhanced the beauty of Sawan in the entire region. However, waterlogging and slippery conditions on the roads were also seen in some low-lying areas. The administration has appealed to the people to be careful during the rains and avoid visiting waterlogged areas unnecessarily.
According to the Meteorological Department, intermittent rains are likely to continue for the next few days. In such a situation, the monsoon showers will give relief to the people, but it will also be necessary to remain alert.
