(Kapil Kumar) Haridwar. Repair and construction work is being done at a rapid pace to make the damaged roads pothole free in the district. District Magistrate Mayur Dixit conducted on-site inspection of the ongoing tiles construction and road repair works on the old ARTO to Bharat Mata Mandir road and Dhobi Ghat (Bairagi Camp) road near the Irish Bridge in the Saptasarovar area.

Repair works are being done at a rapid pace to make the damaged roads pothole free.

The District Magistrate directed the officials to complete the road repair and tiles construction work with quality within the stipulated time. He said that as per the instructions of the Chief Minister, all the roads of the district are to be made pothole free by October 15. Besides, improvement in the drainage system will also provide relief to the people from the problem of waterlogging in the concerned areas.

During the inspection, site engineer Akash Singh of NHAI Roorkee, District Information Officer Rati Lal Shah and related officials were present.
